When work performance doesn’t meet organisational needs and expectations, it is both a headache for managers and a significant cost to employers. Skills in people management, together with a clear understanding of the relevant law, is critical to ensuring that inadequate performance is effectively addressed while the opportunity for excellence in performance is maximised.
This workshop stands apart from others on this topic as it offers both the organisational management and legal perspectives on management of performance. Dynamic and interactive in approach, it will provide you with the tools and confidence you need to improve performance within your workplace while remaining on the right side of the law.
